Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment and Admission:
   Admission to any course at Foreign Trade Academy™ (FTA) is subject to eligibility criteria, payment of prescribed fees, and submission of all required documents. The Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing reasons.

2. Course Structure and Schedule:
   FTA reserves the right to modify, combine, change, or discontinue any course, session timing, faculty, or module content without prior notice, to improve academic delivery or due to regulatory updates.

3. Fees and Refund Policy:
   All fees paid for admission, study material, training, examinations, and certification are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified in writing by FTA.

4. Certification:
   Certificates will be awarded only upon successful completion of the course, minimum attendance, and fulfilment of all academic and practical requirements.

5. Placement Assistance:
   Placement and internship assistance is offered as per prevailing policies of the Institute and is not a guaranteed job offer. FTA does not guarantee job placement and is not liable for employment outcome.

6. Code of Conduct:
   Students are expected to maintain discipline, attend lectures and practicals regularly, and adhere to all academic and ethical guidelines. Misconduct or violation of Institute policies may result in termination of enrollment without refund.

7. Intellectual Property:
   All course materials, books, presentations, videos, and intellectual property provided during the program remain the property of Foreign Trade Academy™. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability:
   FTA shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or delays beyond its control including force majeure situations, policy changes, or third-party actions.

9. Policy Updates:
   Foreign Trade Academy™ reserves the right to update or revise these terms & conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of students and stakeholders to review these terms periodically.

10. Jurisdiction:
    All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at the registered office city of Foreign Trade Academy™.
